What I’ve been doing since my last post

Along with working on my 3rd novel (slowly) my wife and I have been working on another passion of ours; volunteering at an animal charity helping with the spay and neuter clinics.  Below are a couple of pictures of one of the events we volunteered at when the World Vets came over for 3 days.  We managed to neuter/spay 142 animals over the course of that long weekend.

I have also been up to assist with a couple of horses and a donkey which was great fun.

We have also adopted another rescued dog for our family.  A cute Rottweiler who we named Zach after the character in Gerald.

I also took a Veterinary Assistant course at Ashworth College and graduated with a GPA of 4.0

At the moment we are looking after a pair of fledglings until they are well enough to be released back into the wild.  A video of how they are doing at the moment is below.

So, all in all it has been a busy period over the past few months 🙂
